Refunds and Withdrawal

Version 1.0 · Updated 13 October 2026

No paid orders yet: RACE15 Studio Preview is free. Full checkout is closed, and we do not take paid orders by email. This policy describes how paid Full orders will be handled after checkout opens. We will update it if the final checkout or applicable sales territories require changes.

1. Consumer right to withdraw

For a consumer in the EU/EEA buying digital content online, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Other countries may provide different mandatory rights. A business buyer does not gain a consumer withdrawal right merely by ordering online.

A consumer may lose the right to withdraw from digital content after delivery starts only where the applicable law permits it and all required steps have been completed, including express prior consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and confirmation on a durable medium. A general acceptance of terms does not replace those steps. If the exception does not apply or the steps are incomplete, the statutory right remains. Defect and non-delivery rights remain regardless.

2. How to send a withdrawal or refund request

When paid orders open, send an unequivocal withdrawal notice or refund request to licensing@skaudetuning.com. Include your name, order number or other details identifying the purchase, and an email address for our acknowledgement. You need not give a reason for a statutory withdrawal. We will acknowledge receipt and forward a Paddle transaction request to Paddle promptly. You may also contact Paddle Buyer Support or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

If a statutory withdrawal right remains for an online purchase, an online withdrawal function will be made available through the same online interface before checkout opens and linked from this page. It is not active now because no online contract can currently be made. The function will let an eligible buyer identify the order, explicitly confirm the withdrawal notice and receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium.

You may use the optional model form in section 5 or any other clear statement. An email notice remains available even after the online function launches.

3. Refund processing

Paddle will be the merchant of record for future paid checkout transactions and will process their refunds under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, subject to mandatory law. Where a withdrawal is valid, the refund will be made within the legally required time, normally to the original payment method without a refund fee. If SkaudeTuning Oy agrees to a refund of a Paddle transaction, we will instruct Paddle rather than refunding the buyer directly.

SkaudeTuning Oy does not offer an additional general voluntary refund period after a consumer has validly lost a statutory withdrawal right. Paddle may grant a discretionary refund under its own policy. This does not restrict any mandatory right to a remedy.

4. Delivery or product problems

If a licence is not delivered, is delayed or does not match the contract, contact licensing@skaudetuning.com with the order details and a description of the problem. Depending on the applicable law and facts, remedies may include correction, price reduction, ending the contract and repayment. Downloading or activating software does not by itself remove these rights. When an order is validly cancelled and refunded, the associated purchased licence rights end subject to applicable law.

5. Optional model withdrawal form
